Brand Launch Proposal

Crossing Point Partners.

October 2, 2026

Current state

What I heard.

“We want to walk before we run.”
  • Need to stand up a brand.
  • Don’t over-invest in a website this early.
  • Create an initial landing page for the next deal announcement.
  • Already have four deals on the books.
  • Growth comes from referrals first: CPAs, attorneys, wealth managers and commercial bankers.
  • Want a partner who can grow with the firm.

Every prospect should see themselves

Your market.

1

Lower & middle-market companies

Who they are

Owner-operated companies

What they need

Senior-level advice and a disciplined process, sized to their deal.

2

Family & founder-led businesses

Who they are

Owners weighing a sale, succession or recapitalization.

What they need

Expertise and sensitivity to small business and family dynamics.

Where

North Jersey.

Key sectors

Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Industrial and Business Services.

Track record

Four deals on the books before even launching the brand.

Referral strategy

Your network.

1

Commercial bankers

Why

They see clients outgrow their credit or face an ownership change early.

What they need

An advisor who protects their own relationship.

2

Attorneys

Why

Corporate and estate counsel often hear first that an owner is thinking about selling.

What they need

Confidence their client is in experienced, careful hands.

3

Wealth managers

Why

Most of a business owner’s net worth is tied up in the company.

What they need

A partner who can turn that value into liquidity.

4

CPAs & Tax advisors

Why

They know the numbers, and often know an owner is ready before anyone else.

What they need

A trusted referral and a seat at the table.

What the brand has to do

The brand’s job.

1

Earn the referral

A CPA or attorney is putting their name on the line. The brand should make that an easy call.

2

Signal experience

New firm, seasoned team. With four deals in, the work should look established.

3

Feel personal

Founders are handing over their life’s work. The brand should feel warm, direct and trustworthy.

4

Travel well

Logo, landing page and deck should be easy to forward, print and drop into an email.

Walk, then run

Project list.

1

Logo & branding

When

Now. Weeks 1 to 4.

Why it matters

Everything else is built on it, starting with the next deal announcement.

2

Initial landing page

When

Now. Live by week 5.

Why it matters

Gives prospects and partners a place to see who you are.

3

Pitch deck

When

Next, once the brand is set.

Why it matters

Your company story.

4

Website

When

Concurrent with pitch deck.

Why it matters

Expands the landing page, tells your story, provides credibility.
